Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana in UP Budget 2025-26
On 20th February 2025, Finance Minister Shri Suresh Kumar Khanna has presented UP Budget 2025-26. UP Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana Apply Online 2025

Enter aadhar card number or application/registration number, select mandal, district, enter mobile number, captcha and click “आवेदन/संसोधन करें” tab to complete nirman shramik registration process.

Select your registered mandal, scheme, enter registered aadhar card number, registered mobile number and click “आवेदन पत्र खोलें” button to complete UP Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana application process.
UP Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana Eligibility Criteria
Only construction workers registered with UP BOCW Board can apply for assistance on marriage of their daughters or female construction workers can apply for their own marriage.
After registration, the construction worker must have completed the membership period of the UP BOCW board for at least 365 days.
Provision has been made for application within 1 year of the marriage and 15 days in advance in case of mass marriage.
Aadhaar authentication of both the daughter of beneficiary worker (bride) and groom has been made mandatory.
The benefit has been limited to upto 2 children of the registered construction workers.
The benefit under UP Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana would only be provided after it is certified that daughter of the concerned worker and the proposed groom complete the prescribed age of 18 years and 21 years respectively.
List of Documents Required for Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana UP
Age Proof of Bride and Groom (Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate / Certified Copy of Family Register)
The marriage card should be certified and verified by the local village head / tehsildar / councilor
Documents of daughters in case of adoption of a daughter
Self-attested copy of the family register/ration card or its equivalent record of the beneficiary registered worker
Photograph of the bride and groom to be married which is certified by the worker itself
Employment/self-declaration certificate on prescribed format of working in building and construction processes for at least 90 days in the last 12 months.
It will be mandatory for the registered worker to attach a self-declaration that he has not received benefits from any similar scheme run under the state or central government.
UP Kanya Vivah Sahayata Yojana Amount
On fulfillment of eligibility criteria, daughters of registered construction workers or female workers on their own marriage will get Rs. 55,000 from UP BOCW Board. Moreover for intercaste marriage, assistance amount of Rs. 61,000 would be given by UP BOCW Board.
In case of marriage of atleast 11 couples in Samuhik Vivah at a single place, UP BOCW board will provide Rs. 65,000 to daughter’s of construction workers.
Additionally, Rs. 7000 per couple would be given to organizer of mass marriage event.
Apart from the above, Rs. 5000 amount for purchasing the clothes of the bride and groom will be transferred to the account of the registered worker, 01 week before the proposed date of the mass marriage. In case either of the parties is not present, the amount paid as advance for the dress will be adjusted against the amount payable in normal/inter-caste marriage (as the case may be).
In case of the registered women workers’ own marriage, the amount of benefit as mentioned above will be payable with the condition that her father/mother has not received any amount under this head.
In case of remarriage of a registered female construction worker, this benefit will be payable only if her divorce has been done legally or she is remarrying after the death of her husband.
In cases of divorce, a certified copy of the decision of the court of competent jurisdiction and in case of remarriage after the death of the husband, a copy of the death certificate of the husband issued from the competent level will be required as essential records.
The amount of benefit payable in cases of remarriage will be equivalent to the amount payable in cases of mass marriage.
