STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “श्रमिक पंजीयन – आवेदन करें” link or directly click https://uplmis.in/Guest/frm_createlogin_forlabs.aspx
STEP 3: Upon clicking the link, the UP BOCW Labour Registration page will appear as shown below:-

STEP 4: Enter aadhar card number or application/registration number, select mandal, district, enter mobile number, captcha and click “आवेदन/संसोधन करें” tab to complete nirman shramik registration process.
STEP 5: Once registered, you can click at “योजना आवेदन – आवेदन करें” link present on the homepage or simply click https://uplmis.in/Guest/frm_CreateLogin.aspx

Updated registered workers
Such workers who are not eligible for benefits under Pradhan Mantri Jan-Arogya Yojana and Chief Minister Jan-Arogya Yojana
The scheme includes registered workers and their spouses, unmarried daughters and sons below 21 years of age

UP Gambhir Bimari Sahayata Yojana Amount

Full reimbursement of an amount equivalent to the benefit payable under Ayushman Bharat Scheme on treatment in government/autonomous hospitals or SACHIS empaneled hospitals.
In case of medical/surgical treatment, advance amount can also be paid to the hospital after the hospital gives the estimate for the treatment.
No maximum amount is fixed.

While delivering the Uttar Pradesh budget speech, the hon’ble FM said “निर्माण कामगार गम्भीर बीमारी सहायता योजना के अन्तर्गत गम्भीर बीमारियों का इलाज सरकारी अस्पतालों में कराने पर इलाज के व्यय की शत- प्रतिशत प्रतिपूर्ति करायी जा रही है।”

Firstly visit the official website of UP Building and Other Construction Workers Board at https://upbocw.in/
At the homepage, scroll over “योजनाये” tab and click at “योजनाओं से लाभान्वित श्रमिकों की सूची” link.
Then the page to check UP Gambhir Bimari Sahayata Yojana beneficiary details will appear as shown below:-
