Uttar Pradesh government is inviting Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana online registration form 2025 at msme.up.gov.in (earlier diupmsme.upsdc.gov.in). Under this scheme, the UP state govt. will provide loans upto Rs. 25 lakh for setting up industries and upto Rs. 10 lakh for service sector are made available through banks. There is also a provision to provide 25% margin money, which is maximum Rs. 6.25 lakh for the industrial sector and max Rs. 2.50 lakh for service sector.

STEP 1: Firstly visit the UP Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana official website at https://msme.up.gov.in/ STEP 2: At the homepage, scroll over “लॉग इन” tab present in the main menu and then click at “आवेदक लॉगिन” link. STEP 3: Direct link for MSME UP Gov In Portal Registration & Login – https://msme.up.gov.in/login/registration_login STEP 4: Upon clicking the link, msme.up.gov.in login page will open. Eligibility Criteria for UP Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh state.
Age of the applicant must lie b/w the age group of 18 to 40 years.
Minimum educational qualification of candidate is that he/she must be high school pass or equivalent.
The applicant should not be a defaulter of any nationalized bank/financial institution/government institution etc.
Applicant must NOT be a beneficiary of previously running PM Rojgar Yojana (PMRY) and currently running PMEGP, Mukhyamantri Rojgar Yojana or any other self employment scheme being run by either central or state government.
Applicant or family member of the applicant shall only be benefited once in a lifetime.
Each applicant must submit an affidavit that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria.
