On 3rd March 2025, Finance Minister OP Choudhary presented Chhattisgarh Budget 2025-26. While delivering CG Budget Speech 2025-26, FM said “मोदी की गारंटी के तहत दीनदयाल उपाध्याय भूमिहीन कृषि मजदूर कल्याण योजना के माध्यम से 5 लाख 62 हजार भूमिहीन मजदूरों को सालाना 10 हजार रूपये की आर्थिक सहायता करते हुये 562 करोड़ राशि का भुगतान किया गया। आगामी वर्ष हेतु इस योजना अंतर्गत 600 करोड़ का प्रावधान किया गया है।” Deendayal Upadhyay Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Yojana CG Budget 2025-26

While launching the scheme, CM said that the prosperity has been spread among more than 5.62 lakh landless agricultural labourers of the state. Our double engine government is determined for the welfare of landless agricultural labourers.

CM Sai wrote on X “Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Landless Agricultural Labourer Welfare Scheme would bring prosperity to more than 5.62 lakh landless agricultural labourers of the state. The double-engine government is determined for the welfare of landless agricultural labourers. The resolution was fulfilled, another guarantee of Modiji was fulfilled”.

Each landless agricultural labourer of the CG state is eligible.
Each eligible beneficiary is entitled to get Rs. 10,000 per annum assistance.

दीनदयाल उपाध्याय भूमिहीन कृषि मजदूर कल्याण योजना in CG Budget 2024-25
On 9th February 2024, Finance Minister presented Chhattisgarh Budget 2024-25. While delivering the budget speech, FM said “भूमिहीन खेतिहर मजदूरों को 10 हजार रूपये की वार्षिक सहायता देने के लिए दीनदयाल उपाध्याय भूमिहीन कृषि मजदूर योजना वर्ष 2024-25 से लागू की जायेगी। इसके लिए बजट में 500 करोड़ का प्रावधान किया गया है”।
BJP party had earlier announced Dindayal Upadhyay Bhumihin Krishi Majdur Yojana in their election manifesto in the run-up to the assembly elections. In the BJP Election Manifesto, it was mentioned “हम दीनदयाल उपाध्याय कृषि मजदूर कल्याण योजना की शुरुआत कर प्रत्येक भूमिहीन खेतिहर मजदूर को हर साल रु 10,000 की आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करेंगे.”
