STEP 1: Firstly visit the Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Online System at https://scholarship.up.gov.in/index.aspx STEP 2: At the homepage, scroll over “Student” tab and click at “Registration” link or directly click https://scholarship.up.gov.in/RegistrationNew.aspx STEP 3: Upon clicking the link, the page to make UP Scholarship Portal Registration 2025 will appear as shown below:- UP Scholarship Portal Registration Online STEP 4: Select the specific scheme of a particular department to apply online for it. For eg- we have selected ‘Postmatric Intermediate (Fresh)’ scheme of SJE department (for ST, SC, General Category) (Fresh). After submission of forms, verification from institutions would be carried out.
