Sudakshya Scheme in Odisha Budget 2025-26

On 17th February 2025, Finance Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has presented Odisha Budget 2025-26. While delivering the budget speech, the hon’ble FM said “Sudakshya Scheme has significantly increased girls’ enrolment in Government ITIs and Polytechnics, fostering inclusivity and economic mobility. I propose Rs. 26 crore to continue empowering girl students through vocational and technical education. To encourage entrepreneurship among Odisha’s youth, the Nano Unicorn Scheme will be a game changer, supporting 1,200 entrepreneurs with refundable seed funding, mentoring, and tailored business training”.

Firstly visit the Odisha State Scholarship Portal at https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in/website/home
At the homepage, click at the “Login” tab and then click at “Student Login” link.

Upon clicking the link, the page for making Sudakshya for Girls Child Scholarship scheme student login with aadhaar number will open.

Existing users can make login using unique no/aadhaar number, password, captcha and clicking at “Sign In” button.
New users can click at “Don’t have an account? Register Here” tab or simply click https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in/website/registration-guideline
Accordingly, the Odisha State Scholarship Portal one time registration page will open.

Enter your aadhar number and click at “Get OTP” button. Validate the OTP received on your registered mobile number to open Sudakshya Scholarship Yojana application form.
