Odisha Higher Education Department is inviting Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship online registration form 2025 at scholarship.odisha.gov.in. Under this scheme, the Odisha state govt will provide financial assistance to students pursuing Odia Honors and PG Courses within and outside Odisha.
The 3 erstwhile scholarship schemes namely e-Medhabruti, Gopabandhu Sikhya Sahayata Yojana (GSSY) and Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti scholarship schemes have now been encapsulated under the new Mukhyamantri Medhabi Chhatra Protsahan Yojana.

Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship in Odisha Budget 2025-26
On 17th February 2025, Finance Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has presented Odisha Budget 2025-26. While delivering the budget speech, the hon’ble FM said “Mukhyamantri Medhabi Chatra Protsahan Yojana helps the students pursue higher education through several initiatives. E-medhabruti offers annual scholarships for undergraduates and postgraduates. Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Scholarship supports provides financial assistance to students pursuing Odia Honors and PG Courses within and outside Odisha. Gopabandhu Shikhya Sahayata Yojana provides Rs.20,000 annually to underprivileged students. Introduced for the first time, Uttam Chhatrabruti scheme offers 100% free scholarships for 30 SC/ST students per year for postgraduate and doctoral studies abroad. A total of Rs. 105 crore is allocated for these schemes”.

- Firstly visit the Odisha State Scholarship Portal at https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in/website/home
- At the homepage, click at the “Login” tab and then click at “Student Login” link.
- Upon clicking the link, the page for making Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship student login with aadhaar number will open.
- Existing users can make login using unique no/aadhaar number, password, captcha and clicking at “Sign In” button.
- New users can click at “Don’t have an account? Register Here” tab or simply click https://scholarship.odisha.gov.in/website/registration-guideline
- Accordingly, the Odisha State Scholarship Portal one time registration page will open.
- Tick the declaration and click at “Proceed” button to make Odisha Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship registration 2025.
- Enter your aadhar number and click at “Get OTP” button. Validate the OTP received on your registered mobile number to open Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship application form.
- Enter mobile number, email address, password and click “Register” button to apply online for Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Bhasabruti Scholarship Scheme 2025.
