Matri Kit Yojana Items List 2025 to be given to the pregnant women and lactating mothers has now been made public by the Jharkhand government. The total cost of items inside each Matri Kit is around Rs. 1500. These items are required for maintaining health and hygiene of the women beneficiaries. On 3rd March 2025, Finance Minister presented Jharkhand Budget 2025-26. While delivering the budget speech, FM said “अध्यक्ष महोदय, गर्भवती महिलाओं एवं जच्चा-बच्चा के स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता के लिए आवश्यक सामग्रियों का 1500/- (एक हजार पाँच सौ) रुपये के मातृ किट् को 4 लाख लाभार्थियों के बीच वितरण कराया जायेगा। इस पर आगामी वर्ष में 60 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान राज्य सरकार कर रही है। किट् में मच्छरदानी, जच्चा एवं बच्चा हेतु पोशाक, तेल, साबुन बाल्टी-मग इत्यादि विभिन्न सामग्रियों होंगी।”
Salient Features of Jharkhand Matri Kit Yojana
Jharkhand government will provide matri kits to every pregnant women and lactating mothers.
Each kit will contain items necessary for maintaining the welfare of health and hygiene of both mother and children.
Around 4 lakh beneficiaries will get matri kits absolutely free of cost.
Each kit has items worth Rs. 1500.
The state govt. has allocated Rs. 60 crore in Jharkhand Budget 2025-26 for the successful implementation of Matri Kit Yojana.

मातृ किट् योजना in Jharkhand Budget 2024-25
On 27 Feb 2024, Finance Minister presented Jharkhand Budget 2024-25 and in the budget speech, FM said “अध्यक्ष महोदय, गर्भवती महिलाओं एवं जच्चा-बच्चा के स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता के लिए आवश्यक सामग्रियों का 1,500 (एक हजार पाँच सौ) रुपये के मातृ किट् को 6 लाख लाभार्थियों के बीच वितरण कराया जायेगा। इस पर आगामी वर्ष में 90 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान राज्य सरकार कर रही है। कि में मच्छरदानी, जच्चा एवं बच्चा हेतु पोशाक, तेल, साबुन बाल्टी-मग इत्यादि विभिन्न सामग्रियाँ होंगी।”
