Subhadra Yojana Application Status through Helpline Number
The state govt. of Odisha led by CM Mohan Majhi has released Subhadra Yojana helpline number – 14678. If any women applicant wants to know their application status, then such women can place a call on the helpline number issued by Women and Child Development department of Odisha state. The individuals appointed by Odisha govt. will receive your call and address your grievances and concerns. Ask them about your form approval status, then these call operators will tell you about your Subhadra Yojana Application Status.

CSC Login to Track Subhadra Odisha Gov In Status
On successful submission of the Subhadra Yojana application form on the online portal by the CSC/MSK personnel, a system-generated acknowledgement receipt is printed and provided to the applicant with a unique ID. Applicant’s ID is must for tracking the Subhadra Yojana application status.
In order to track Subhadra Yojana status online, women applicant’s must visit the nearest Common Service Centre (CSC).
CM Mohan Charan Majhi on 8th Feb 2025 disbursed the first instalment of the financial assistance of Rs. 5,000 to 18 lakh new beneficiaries under the fourth phase of Subhadra Yojana, at Jajpur. With this, the total number of women who have received assistance under the scheme has reached 98 lakh. Out of these, around 80 lakh women had received the first instalment in the previous three phases.
The hon’ble Chief Minister said the purpose of the assistance is to make women partners in development process. He urged them to invest the funds in various businesses or entrepreneurial ventures rather than using them for household expenses. He said the aim of the scheme is to utilise women’s strength, capability and talent for social progress. To achieve this, they must acquire various business skills and develop expertise in different trades.
The state government has collaborated with the World Skill Center and IIM-Sambalpur to enhance their skills. “More organisations will join this initiative in the future. By learning business skills, women can become successful entrepreneurs,” CM said. Majhi expressed confidence that Subhadra Yojana will bring about a transformative change in the lives of women, enabling them to become financially independent and socially-empowered.
Subhadra Yojana Eligible Beneficiaries
Eligible women who have applied for receiving Subhadra Yojana benefits would have to ensure the following:
Having Aadhaar card / Aadhaar number in their own name.
Having linked their mobile number with the Aadhaar card.
Have a single-holder bank account that is Aadhaar-enabled and DBT-enabled.
In case applicant does not possess an Aadhaar number or if there is data mismatch in her Aadhaar card, then she will be required to enrol herself under Aadhaar or correct the information, as required.
If the applicant does not have a single-holder Aadhaar-enabled & DBT-enabled bank account, she would be provided an opportunity for: (a). Opening a single-holder bank account, (b). Making the bank account Aadhaar-enabled, (c). Making the bank account DBT-enabled, and (d). Completing the process for e-KYC.
For the present financial year, all beneficiaries would receive the full benefit of Rs. 10,000 under SUBHADRA from the date of launch of the scheme, regardless of the date of approval.
