STEP 1: Firstly visit the official Jharkhand Land Records portal at https://jharbhoomi.jharkhand.gov.in/

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “खाता एवं रजिस्टर-II देखें” link present on the left side of the page.
STEP 3: Direct Link – https://jharbhoomi.jharkhand.gov.in/MISROR_REG2/MISROR_REG2
STEP 4: Upon clicking the link, the page to check Khatiyan and Register 2 using khata number (खाता संख्या के अनुसार खतियान एवम रजिस्टर 2 देखे) will appear as shown below:-

STEP 5: Select the name of district (जिला), block (अचंल), halka (हल्का), mauja (मौजा), khata number (खाता नंबर), type of land (किस्म ज़मीन), enter captcha and click “खतियान” button. For eg- we have selected the name of district as Bokaro, block name as Bermo, halka name as हल्का-01, mauja name as गण्डके (0010), khata number as 5, type of land as रैयती, entered captcha and clicked “खतियान” button.
STEP 6: Accordingly, the new Jarbhoomi Jharkhand Khatiyan Report will get displayed on your screen.

STEP 7: Here you can check details like खाता नम्वर, खेसरा नम्वर, चौहद्दी उत्तर 3 चौहद्दी दक्खिन 4, किस्म जमीन, मिजान, कैफियत / अभ्युक्ति, हाकिम के तहकीकात मुताबिक लगान/सेस, लगान, खास शर्त etc.

Select the name of district and then on next page, select the name of block. For eg- we have selected the name of district as Bokaro and block name as Bermo to open panji 2 viewing page.

Here select the name of halka (हल्का), mauja (मौजा). For eg- we have selected halka name as हल्का-01 and mauja name as गण्डके. Then select any one of the options namely भाग बर्तमान, पृष्ट संख्या बर्तमान, रैयत नाम से खोजे, प्लाट नंबर से खोजे, खाता नंबर से खोजे, समस्त पंजी-२ को नाम के अनुसार देखें.
