Madhya Pradesh government is inviting MP Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana online registration / application form 2025 at samast.mponline.gov.in. Under the MUKY scheme, 3% interest subsidy will be provided on loans to youth in the manufacturing, enterprise and service sector. Along with the youths, aspiring women (mothers & sisters of MP) who wants to become entrepreneurs would be eligible.
The main objective of CM Udyog Kranti scheme is to encourage the citizens of the MP state for self-employment. Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana in MP Budget 2025-26
On 12th March 2025, Finance Minister Jagdish Devda presented Madhya Pradesh Budget 2025-26. While delivering the MP Budget Speech 2025-26, the hon’ble Finance Minister said “मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना के अन्तर्गत इस वर्ष 5 हज़ार 675 लाभार्थियों को लगभग रुपये 378 करोड़ का ऋण प्रदान किया गया। हमारी सरकार ने स्टार्टअप नीति 2025 लागू की है, जिसके अंतर्गत 10 हज़ार स्टार्टअप स्थापित होने की संभावना है। उद्योगों की स्थापना एवं विस्तार के लिए विभिन्न प्रोत्साहन नीतियों के अंतर्गत इंसेंटिव दिए जाने का प्रावधान है, जिसका सकारात्मक प्रभाव रोज़गार सृजन तथा राज्य के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद पर पड़ता है। आगामी पाँच वर्षों में उद्योगों को लगभग 30 हज़ार करोड़ के इंसेंटिव दिए जाना संभावित है। इस वर्ष उद्योगों को दिए जाने वाले इंसेंटिव हेतु रुपये 3 हज़ार 250 करोड़ का प्रावधान प्रस्तावित है जो गत वर्ष से रुपये 551 करोड़ अधिक है।”
Finance Minister added “प्रदेश के बुनकरों एवं शिल्पियों को प्राचीन उत्कृष्ट बुनाई कला की सुप्रसिद्ध परम्परा को संरक्षित एवं समृद्ध करने, बुनकरों एवं शिल्पियों को सतत रोज़गार उपलब्ध कराने, नये लोगों को हथकरघा एवं हस्तशिल्प उद्योग से जोड़ने तथा उनके सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक उत्थान का कार्य किया जा रहा है।”

Fill in all the asked details like name, date of birth, gender, relationship, name of relative (husband/father name), category, mobile number, email ID and click “Next” button.
Once profile is created, make applicant login with registered mobile number, date of birth and click “Continue” button.
Afterwards, fill the remaining Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana application form and “Submit” it to complete apply online process for the scheme.
Then the MSME department of MP will verify your eligibility and send your application to the concerned bank branch.
Bank branch will take decision on the application within 6 weeks (as per RBI Guidelines).
In case the case is approved, the loan will be disbursed by the bank branch within 1 month and the information will be entered on the portal.
Bank branch (in favour of the beneficiary) will claim interest subsidy/loan guarantee fee subsidy from District Trade and Industry Centre.
The grant amount will be transferred directly by the General Manager, District Trade and Industry Center to the loan account of the beneficiary through online process (DBT).
Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana
Age of the applicant must lie b/w 18 to 45 years.
The minimum educational qualification of the candidate must be atleast 8th pass.
The annual income of the family, from all sources, must not exceed Rs. 12 lakh per annum.
Applicant should not be a defaulter from any bank or financial institution like MFI, NBFC, SFB, PACS etc.
Currently, should not be a beneficiary of any other self-employment scheme of the state or central government.
If the applicant is a tax payer, then in this case the applicant has to submit the income tax details of last 3 years along with the Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana application.

Benefits of MP Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana
The benefits of the MUKY scheme will be provided to entrepreneurs setting up new enterprises.
Through the MP Udyog Kranti Yojana, the youth of the state will be able to become self-reliant by setting up their own business.
3% interest subsidy will be provided under this Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana for 7 years duration.
Youths can avail loans ranging from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 50 lakh for setting up manufacturing units and enterprises.
Moreover, youths can avail loans ranging from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 25 lakh for the service sector under the Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana.
The guarantee fee will be paid at the prevailing rate for a maximum period of 7 years including the moratorium period.
The benefit of this udyog kranti scheme will be provided only to those citizens who set up new enterprises. In addition to this, provisions of this scheme will be same for all categories of applicants.
MSME department of Madhya Pradesh would be the nodal agency for successful implementation of Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana.
Only those citizens who are NOT defaulters in any bank or any financial institution can avail MUKY scheme benefits.
Apart from this, citizens who are receiving benefit of any other self-employment scheme of the Central and State Government by the applicant will not be provided the benefit of this scheme.
No interest subsidy will be provided for the period for which the beneficiary’s account remains Non Performing Asset (NPA). Besides, interest subsidy will be reimbursed on annual basis.
To enable educated youths to setup their own enterprise and create self employment opportunities by providing them with collateral free loans through banks. MP govt. will also provide interest subsidy to reduce cost of credit and increase project viability. This would be done so that more and more micro enterprises can be established in the state, unemployment amongst the youth can be eliminated and the youth of the state can be encouraged to adopt self-employment as an employment option.
