Under the scheme, applicants of Scheduled Caste (SC) category in the age group of 18 to 55 years can get bank loans at lower interest rates for self employment. Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana Apply Online 2025

• First of all, visit the Samast MPonline official website at https://samast.mponline.gov.in/
• At the homepage, click at “आवेदन करें – नवीन आवेदन करने के लिए यहाँ क्लिक करे” tab or directly click https://samast.mponline.gov.in/portal/login
• Upon clicking the link, Samast MP Online Gov In Portal Login page will open.



• If you are a new user, make profile first by clicking at “Create New Profile?” link or directly clicking https://samast.mponline.gov.in/portal/register
• Accordingly, the Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana online registration form 2025 will appear as shown below:-



• Fill in all the asked details like name, date of birth, gender, relationship, name of relative (husband/father name), category, mobile number, email ID and click “Next” button.
• Once profile is created, make applicant login with registered mobile number, date of birth and click “Continue” button.
• Afterwards, fill the remaining Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana application form and “Submit” it to complete apply online process for the scheme.
• Then the MP State Cooperative Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation will verify your eligibility and send your application to the concerned bank branch.
• Bank branch will take decision on the application (as per RBI Guidelines). In case the case is approved, the loan will be disbursed by the bank branch and the information will be entered on the portal.
• Bank branch (in favour of the beneficiary) will claim interest subsidy/loan guarantee fee subsidy. The grant amount will then be transferred directly to the loan account of the beneficiary through online process (DBT).

Eligibility Criteria for Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of the Madhya Pradesh state.
• The scope of the scheme will be the entire Madhya Pradesh i.e only those enterprises which are established within the boundaries of MP state can avail scheme benefits.
• Applicant must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
• Age of the applicant must lie b/w 18 to 55 years.
• There is no minimum educational qualification required for the scheme.
• Applicant must be unemployed.
• Applicant should not be a defaulter from any nationalised bank / cooperative bank or other financial institution.
• Currently, should not be a beneficiary of any other self-employment scheme of the state or central government.
• Applicant will be eligible for assistance under this scheme only once.
• The scheme would be applicable for industry/service business sector.

Benefits of MP Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana

• The benefits of the Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana will be provided to entrepreneurs setting up new enterprises.
• Through the scheme, the SC youth of the state will be able to become self-reliant by setting up their own business.
• 7% interest subsidy will be provided to SC beneficiaries on bank loans / outstanding term loans and working capital loans for max. 5 years duration (including moratorium period).
• This interest subvention would be given by the MP State Cooperative Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation on the fulfillment of condition of regular repayment (specified time and amount).
• Youths can avail loans ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 1 lakh for all projects like industry / enterprises, manufacturing units, service units and retail trade.
• Only those citizens who are NOT defaulters in any nationalized / cooperative bank / other financial institution can avail Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana benefits.

Difference b/w Sant Ravidas Swarojgar Yojana & Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana

• Age – While Sant Ravidas Swarojgar Yojana is applicable for SC youths in the age group of 18 to 45 years, Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana is applicable for SC youths in the age group of 18 to 55 years.
• Minimum Educational Qualification – While minimum educational qualification for MP Sant Ravidas Swarojgar Yojana is 8th pass, there is NO such minimum educational qualification for Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojana.
• Loan Amount – While loan amount for Sant Ravidas Self Employment Scheme ranges from Rs. 1 lakh to 50 lakh (based on sector), loan amount for Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Yojna is b/w Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 1 lakh for all sectors.
• Interest Subsidy – 5% interest subsidy is given in Sant Ravidas Self Employment Scheme while the interest subsidy in Bhimrao Ambedkar Aarthik Kalyan Yojana is 7% per annum.
• Interest Subvention Duration – Interest subvention is given for 7 years duration (including moratorium period) in Sant Ravidas Self Employment Scheme while this duration is 5 years (including moratorium period) in Dr Ambedkar Arthik Kalyan Scheme.
