STEP 1: Firstly visit the Gujarat Building & Other Construction Worker’s Welfare Board official website https://enirmanbocw.gujarat.gov.in/
STEP 2: On the Gujarat BOCW e-nirman Registration Portal homepage, you can see e nirman card login section as shown below:-
STEP 3: At the homepage, click at “New User? Please Register Here!” link or directly click https://enirmanbocw.gujarat.gov.in/Registration.aspx
STEP 4: Upon clicking the link, the page to make e nirman card registration online will get displayed on your screen.
STEP 5: Enter full name, aadhar card number, birthdate, mobile no, email ID, password, captcha, select gender, user type and click “Register” button to complete E Nirman Card registration process through online mode.
STEP 6: On completion of Gujarat BOCW Portal e-nirman Registration process, make Gujarat e Nirman Portal login and update profile.
STEP 7: Finally, apply for the scheme and “Submit” application online to start getting BOCW welfare scheme benefits.

The eligibility for Gujarat Construction Workers Registration is that the worker must be in the age group of 18 to 60, and must have worked as Building and Other Construction Worker for not less than 90 days in the last 12 months.
