Gujarat government has started Swagat Gujarat Portal Login process at swagat.gujarat.gov.in. Swagat Full Form is State Wide Attention on Grievances by Application of Technology. Using this Swagat Online Portal, one can apply online for taluka swagat program and district swagat program and register their grievances. If unresolved, one can even apply for state level program to register their complaint with the CM Office Gujarat.
Swagat Gujarat Portal is a part of the Chief Minister’s Online Grievance Redressal System. District and taluka swagat programs are organized from 1st to 10th of every month. All the complaints received in these programmes are bound to be resolved in a specified time frame. Long pending complaints are overseen by the CMO Gujarat as well as the Chief Minister himself during state level swagat program.

Village Swagat Program – Complaints are resolved at the village level itself. તલાટી કમ મંત્રીશ્રી દ્વારા દર મહિનાની ૧ થી ૧૦ તારીખ દરમિયાન ગ્રામ પંચાયત ખાતે અરજીઓ સ્વીકારવામાં આવે છે. દર મહિનાની 1 થી 10 તારીખ સુધી 13,695 ગ્રામ પંચાયત કચેરીઓ પર યોજાય છે. Taluka Swagat Program – Complaints are resolved in the Taluka Swagat program held at taluka level between 1st to 10th of every month. District Swagat Program – Complaints are resolved in the District Swagat program held at district level between 1st to 10th of every month. State Swagat Program – Complaints are resolved in the State Swagat program by the officials from CM Office Gujarat. State level program is held on the 4th Thursday of every month. Sometimes, this program is attended by the hon’ble Chief Minister himself.
