On 17th March 2025, Chief Minister and Finance Minister of Haryana, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini presented Haryana Budget 2025-26. While delivering the Haryana Budget Speech 2025-2026, the hon’ble Finance Minister said “Under new scheme namely Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana, 2,000 final-year graduate and postgraduate students from the state will be provided internship opportunities in reputed industries and companies. During this period, they will be given an honorarium of ₹10,000 per month. This initiative will help bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical skills, providing youth with better employment opportunities”. Just like other internship schemes, the state govt. of Haryana will soon invite Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana online application form 2025. Eligible students shall fill the CM Yuva Kaushal Samman apply online form to register for internship opportunities in reputed industries and companies. As the scheme has just been announced, the official registration process is still not known.
It is expected that the Haryana government will start a dedicated portal for the mega internship scheme for final year UG and PG students. Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana state.
Applicant must be a either final year graduate or postgraduate student.
He/She must be studying in any college/university located in the Haryana state itself.

Salient Features of CM Yuva Kaushal Samman Scheme in Haryana
The internship will be allotted based on the availability of expertise, projects, facilities, and suitability of the student’s course to the work carried out at the respective industry / company.
All applications received will be scrutinized by the respective industry / company as per the norms.
The interns shall be eligible for financial assistance (honorarium) of Rs. 10,000 per month.
The interns shall NOT be eligible for accommodation facilities during their internship in industry/company.
The intern students shall be extended canteen facilities on par with regular employees.
Certificate will be awarded to interns upon satisfactory completion of their internship.
