Gujarat government has started Mukhyamantri Matrushakti Yojana online apply process at 1000d.gujarat.gov.in. This MMY scheme of Women and Child Development Department, Gujarat focuses on improving health and nutrition of its beneficiaries i.e pregnant women and mothers with children under 2 years.
Under Mukhyamantri Matrushakti Yojana, a nutritional kit containing chickpeas, dal and edible oil would be given to the beneficiaries to support their calories and protein needs. The initiative address the critical first 1000 days of life, aiming to enhance maternal and child health, reduce infant mortality and prevent low birth weight.

Enter basic details of beneficiaries aadhaar card number, beneficiary name, birth date / year, category. Validate the Aadhaar by clicking on the “Validate Aadhaar” button.
Subsequently, the beneficiary’s ration card member ID (NFSA number) and name will be displayed automatically. If the Anganwadi name is not visible in the list, manually select the appropriate Anganwadi. The name of the Anganwadi worker will be displayed automatically.
Enter the mobile number you wish to use for registration and click on the “SEND OTP” button. Enter the 4-digit OTP sent to the registered mobile number in the online form. After entering the OTP, click on the “Save & Next” button to proceed.
A message will appear saying, “After your general information, add your health-related information and submit the form.” Click “OK”
Enter the ID number or email address provided by the health center and click the “Search” button. Accordingly, the beneficiary’s name, status, P.A.C. center name, last month’s status, and probable start date will auto-fill. Click on the “Confirm and Submit” button to complete the Mukhyamantri Matrushakti Yojana registration process.
After submitting, click on the “Print Application” button to take a printout of the registration. If corrections are needed, click on “Edit Enrollment,” enter the Enrollment Number, Aadhaar Card Number, or Mobile Number, and click “Edit.” Enter the OTP received to make corrections. If needed, click on “Print Enrollment,” enter the registration number, Aadhaar card number, or mobile number, click “Verify,” and enter the OTP to take a printout of the registration form.
મુખ્યમંત્રી માતૃશક્તિ યોજના in Gujarat Budget 2025-26
Gujarat’s Finance Minister, Shri Kanu Desai, presented the Budget 2025-26 digitally on 20th February 2025 using the National eVidhan Application (NeVA) at the State Assembly. It marks a significant step towards paperless governance. While delivering the budget speech, FM said “A provision of ₹ 372 crore under the Mukhya Mantri Matrushakti Yojana to provide 2 kg of chickpeas, 1 kg of dal and 1 liter of edible oil per month per beneficiary for 1,000 days to pregnant women”.
Mukhyamantri Matrushakti Yojana in Gujarat Budget 2024-25
Finance Minister presented Gujarat Budget 2024-25 on 2 February 2024 in which FM said “Each year approximately 12 lakh children are born in the state. It is the priority of the state government that pregnant and lactating mothers receive nutritious food and remain healthy. In 2022–23, I had announced the Mukhya Mantri Matru Shakti Yojana in the budget which provided for rations to mothers for 1000 days. Under the scheme more than five lakh women are being provided additional rations at the cost of approximately Rs. 300 crore. The state govt. has made a provision of Rs. 322 crore for Mukhya Mantri Matru Shakti Yojana, under which 2 Kg gram, 1 Kg toor dal and 1 litre edible oil are given per month per beneficiary for one thousand days to every pregnant and lactating woman”.

Finance Minister presented Gujarat Budget 2023-24 on 24 February 2023 in which FM said “Every pregnant mother beneficiary is provided 2 kg gram, 1 kg tuar dal, and 1 liter groundnut oil every month for 1000 days under Mukhyamantri Matrushakti Yojana (MMY). For this, a provision of Rs. 214 crore has been made. A provision of Rs. 133 Crore under the Poshan Sudha Yojana has been put into implementation to strengthen the nutritional level of pregnant and lactating mothers in tribal areas”.
