Maharashtra government has released Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana Hospital List 2025 at www.jeevandayee.gov.in. One can now check name, address, pincode, contact number of the empanelled hospitals under MJPJAY. The earlier name of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana was Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayee Arogya Yojana which was launched on 2nd July 2012.
Meanwhile, Government of Maharashtra has taken decision vide GR dated 28th July, 2023 to implement Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana for all families in the state and expanded the scope of current scheme. Accordingly, an integrated scheme comprising of both AB-PMJAY and MJPJAY is being implemented from 1st July, 2024 with expanded scope. The scheme covers all population of Maharashtra.
The integrated scheme (AB-PMJAY + MJPJAY) provides end to end cashless quality medical services for identified secondary and tertiary diseases requiring hospitalization through empanelled hospitals. Moreover, the scheme is implemented on fully assurance mode. STEP 1: Firstly visit the Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana official website at https://www.jeevandayee.gov.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage, scroll over “Network Hospitals” tab and click at Network Hospitals link.
STEP 3: Upon clicking the link, the page to check Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana Network Hospitals will appear as shown below:-
STEP 4: In the opened list of hospitals, check hospital ID (with specialities), HOSP DISP Code, District, Taluka, Hospital Name, Address, Pincode, MCO Contact Number and Email ID.
STEP 5: There are total 1707 hospitals in Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana Hospital List 2025.

Health Packages in Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana
Health Packages under MJPJAY scheme include bed charges in General ward, Nursing and boarding charges, Surgeons and Anaesthetists charges, Medical Practitioner and Consultants fees, Oxygen, O.T. & ICU Charges, Cost of Surgical Appliances, Cost of Drugs, disposables, consumables, implants, Cost of Prosthetic Devices, Cost of Blood Transfusion (Blood to be provided as per policy of State Government), X-Ray and Diagnostic Tests, food to inpatient, one time transport cost by State Transport or second class rail fare (from Hospital to residence of patient only).
The Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana package covers the entire cost of treatment of patient from date of reporting to his discharge from hospital including complications if any, making the transaction truly cashless to the patient. In instance of death, the carriage of dead body from network hospital to the village/ township would also be part of package.

Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana in Maharashtra Budget 2025-26
On 10th March 2025, Finance Minister Ajit Pawar presented Maharashtra Budget 2025-26. While delivering the Maharashtra Budget Speech 2025-26, the hon’ble Finance Minister said “A special program will be undertaken to ensure that every person has access to quality primary healthcare services within a radius 5-kilometer radius of their home. Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana identity cards (AB-PMJAY ID Card) will be distributed in a time-bound manner, and the number of hospitals included in the Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana will be increased as per requirement”.
Finance Minister added “A referral hospital of 200-bed in Thane and a 100-bed in referral hospital in Ratnagiri district as well as a 200-bed super-specialty hospital in Raigad district will be established soon.”.
