Shramadhan Jharkhand Labour Card Registration 2025 process has been started by Jharkhand government. Now all the nirman shramik can register themselves at shramadhan.jharkhand.gov.in portal to avail benefits of welfare schemes launched building & other construction workers (BOCW) board. These schemes includes cycle sahayata yojana, maternity benefit scheme, vivah sahayata yojana, tool assistance scheme, among others.

Shramadhan Jharkhand Labour Card Registration 2025
STEP 1: Firstly, visit the Shramadhan Jharkhand Portal at https://shramadhan.jharkhand.gov.in/home STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “Login” tab to open Shramadhan Jharkhand Gov In Login page. Shramadhan Jharkhand Gov In Login STEP 3: If you are an existing user, then make login using username, password and captcha. However if you are a new user, then make Shramadhan Jharkhand Labour Card registration by clicking at “Not Registered? Register Here” link. STEP 4: Accordingly, the page for filling Shramadhan Jharkhand Gov In Registration Form for users will open. Shramadhan Jharkhand Gov In Registration STEP 5: Enter name, email ID, mobile, username, password, captcha and click “Register” button to complete Shramadhan Jharkhand Labour Card Registration process.
Here is the complete list of schemes currently running for the welfare of labourers registered with the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) board.
Labour Tool Assistance Scheme
Registered construction workers whose age is above 18 years would be given assistance under श्रमिक औजार सहायता योजना for purchase of tools required in working. It includes labourers working as mason, carpenter, electrician, coolie, painter, among others. To become eligible, the worker must not have earlier got assistance for purchase of any toolkit. He/she must be registered with Jharkhand BOCW Board for atleast 3 months and only then he/she would be eligible to get tool assistance.
Cycle Sahayata Yojana
Under Jharkhand साईकिल सहायता योजना, female beneficiaries are entitled to get bicycles absolutely free of cost from the BOCW board subject to the eligibility criteria. It is worth noting that only those female beneficiaries who have not earlier availed the benefit of sewing machine assistance scheme can get bicycles. Moreover, women should have been a member of the Jharkhand BOCW Board for atleast one year and should have deposited her contribution for the next year.
Jharkhand Building Worker Death / Accident Insurance Scheme
All the workers registered with Jharkhand Shram Vibhag (BOCW Board) will get insurance coverage in case of death or any accident while working. Each झारखण्ड निर्माण कर्मकार मृत्यु/दुर्घटना सहायता योजना beneficiary is entitled to get the following social security amount (grant) as insurance coverage:-
Death of Building and Other Construction Workers – Rs. 5 lakh
Permanent Disability due to Accident – Rs. 3 lakh
Partial Disability due to Accident – Rs. 2 lakh
Natural Death – Rs. 1 lakh
Medhavi Putra / Putri Chatravriti Yojana
मेधावी पुत्र/पुत्री छात्रवृत्ति योजना is applicable for two meritorious children of the beneficiaries. Except class 1 to 5, candidates should have passed any examination with second division or 45% marks or should have taken admission in the course on the basis of any competitive examination.

Medical Reimbursement Scheme
All those registered construction workers suffering from serious illness like Cancer, heart disease (including surgery), kidney disease (including surgery), incurable mental illness (including surgery), AIDS, total hip replacement, spinal surgery, major vascular disease, bone marrow transplant, advance cirrhosis of liver, retinal detachment, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, retinal artery occlusion, eales disease, macular hole are eligible for चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति योजना.
Benefits under the scheme will be payable after the recommendation of the district level committee. Beneficiaries can avail the benefit of the scheme only once for one disease.
Chikitsa Sahayata Yojana
All registered workers on hospitalization for five or more working days would be eligible for medical assistance scheme. Payment of minimum wages at the prescribed rate would be given under चिकित्सा सहायता योजना for unskilled category workers. Each beneficiary is entitled to get payment equivalent to maximum 40 working days.
Maternity Benefit Scheme
On the first two deliveries of the registered female beneficiary, an assistance of Rs. 15000 would be given as maternity benefit under मातृत्व प्रसुविधा योजना.
Funeral Assistance Scheme
In case of death of the registered beneficiary, Jharkhand BOCW Board will make payment of Rs. 10,000/- as funeral assistance under अंत्येष्टि सहायता योजना.
Vivah Sahayata Yojana
Assistance of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) for the marriage of two children / female member, on continuous contribution by the विवाह सहायता योजना beneficiary registered with Jharkhand BOCW Board for the past 3 years.
Pension Scheme
Nirman Shramik who have made contribution to the Jharkhand BOCW Board for 30 years are eligible to get पेंशन योजना benefits. Each beneficiary will get Rs. 1000 per month as pension on completion of 60 years of age.
Disability Pension Scheme
Registered beneficiaries who are permanently disabled due to paralysis, leprosy, tuberculosis, accident etc. are eligible for Disability Pension Scheme. Each निःशक्तता पेंशन योजना beneficiary is entitled to get Rs. 1000 per month as disabled pension. Moreover, each beneficiary will also get an ex-gratia amount of Rs. 10,000 as lump sum payment.
Family Pension Scheme
In case of death of the pensioner, payment of 50% of the pension amount or maximum of Rs. 500/- to the family members is given under परिवार पेंशन योजना.
Orphan Pension Scheme
On the death of the beneficiary / pensioner, orphan pension अनाथ पेंशन योजना under will be payable at the same rate as family pension and will be equally divided among his/her children below 18 years of age.
Nirman Shramik Safety Kit Yojana
Registered labourers with Jharkhand BOCW board will be given assistance amount of Rs. 1,000 through DBT mode directly into their bank accounts. The निर्माण श्रमिक सेफ्टी किट योजना amount would be given for the purchase of a branded helmet and one pair of shoes to ensure safety of construction workers while at work. Within 3 months of receiving the amount, each worker must submit the bill / receipt of the purchase of safety equipment to the BOCW board.
