Haryana government has started Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana 2025 apply online process for booking of new plot at hfa.haryana.gov.in. Now any eligible candidate can apply for CM Urban Housing Scheme to book plot of 30 yards. In addition, Rs. 2.5 lakh financial assistance would also be provided to the BPL families for construction of the house.
The last date to fill Haryana Mukhyamantri Shahri Awas Yojana online application form is April 30, 2025. Candidates must fill in & submit the completed application form within the specified timeline to get their name included in the Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana List of beneficiaries.

- Firstly visit the Housing for All Haryana Portal at https://hfa.haryana.gov.in/
- At the homepage, a pop up window will open where you can click at “Booking for New Plot” tab.
- Upon clicking the link, the page to make HFA Haryana Login with mobile number will open.
- Login with your mobile number and fill all the necessary details accurately to book a new plot under Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana Haryana.


CMO Haryana on his X Account wrote “16 शहरों में 15,696 प्लॉटों की बुकिंग के लिए 17 मार्च, 2025 से “बुकिंग पोर्टल” खोल दिया गया है। इसी प्रकार, PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 के तहत आवेदन प्रक्रिया चल रही है।”
Important Instructions for HFA Haryana Applicants
- चरखी-दादरी, फतेहबाद और झज्जर के जिन आवेदकों ने मुख्यमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना के अंर्तगत प्लाट के लिए पंजीकरण करवाया हुआ है ऐसे सभी आवेदक (जिन्हें प्लाट अलाट हो चुके है, को छोड़कर) रूपये 10,000/- की राशि अदा करके प्लाट की बुकिंग करवा सकते है।
- जुलाना, करनाल, महेंद्रगढ़, पलवल, रेवाड़ी, रोहतक, सफीदों, सिरसा और यमुनानगर के केवल घुमन्तु जाति, विधवा और अनुसूचित जाति श्रेणी (Category) के जिन आवेदकों ने मुख्यमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना के अंर्तगत प्लाट के लिए पंजीकरण करवाया हुआ है ऐसे आवेदक (जिन्हें प्लाट अलाट हो चुके है, को छोड़कर) रूपये 10,000/- की राशि अदा करके प्लाट की बुकिंग करवा सकते है।
- अम्बाला, बहादुरगढ़, हिसार और जींद शहर के जिन आवेदकों ने मुख्यमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना के अंर्तगत प्लाट के लिए पंजीकरण करवाया हुआ है ऐसे सभी आवेदक रूपये 10,000/- की राशि अदा करके प्लाट की बुकिंग करवा सकते है।
Eligibility Criteria for Haryana CM Housing Scheme
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana state.
- He/She must be living in urban areas of the state. For those living in rural areas, there is a separate scheme namely Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana – Extension.
- Annual income of the family of the applicant, from all sources, must not exceed Rs. 1.8 lakh per annum.
- This initiative targets families with an annual income of Rs 1.8 lakh or less, who are also registered on the BPL list.
- Interested BPL families can secure a plot by making a nominal deposit of just Rs 10,000.
- Priority is given to nomadic tribes and deprived communities.
- Applicant must not have taken benefit of the government housing scheme previously.
- Those families who have already taken benefit of the PM Awas Yojana or other housing schemes, would not be considered eligible.
- There should not be any pucca house registered in the name of applicant or their family members in any urban area of the Haryana state.

Last Date to Apply Online for CM Urban Housing Scheme Haryana
Haryana CM Urban Housing Scheme has been launched as an initiative aimed at providing permanent housing to the state’s urban poor. Under this Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana, families classified as Below Poverty Line (BPL) will receive 30-yard plots in 16 districts.
Moreover, an additional financial assistance of upto Rs. 2.5 lakh would be given through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to help them build their homes. This scheme is expected to benefit thousands of families in need. The deadline for online applications has been set for 30th April 2025.
Haryana PMAY Plots Available In 16 Districts
In the first phase of this initiative, the Haryana government plans to develop a total of 15,696 plots across 16 districts, including Rohtak, Charkhi Dadri, Sirsa, Fatehabad and others. The plots will be allocated to eligible families on sites developed by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HSVP). The CM Urban Housing Scheme prioritises nomadic tribes and other specially deprived communities. The state govt. of Haryana aims to provide a permanent residence for families lacking stable housing, helping them integrate into mainstream society.
Rs 2.5 Lakh Assistance to Housing Scheme Beneficiaries in Haryana
Once plots are allocated, beneficiaries will receive financial assistance of up to Rs 2.5 lakh under the PMAY Urban 2.0. This grant will be directly transferred to the beneficiaries accounts through DBT mode to facilitate house construction. The financial support is designed to empower beneficiaries to build their homes without incurring significant loans, allowing for effective use of government assistance.
Mukhyamantri Shahri Awas Yojana in Haryana Budget 2025-26
On 17th March 2025, Chief Minister and Finance Minister of Haryana, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini presented Haryana Budget 2025-26. While delivering the Haryana Budget Speech 2025-2026, the hon’ble Finance Minister said to Speaker that the Government of India believes that every citizen has the right to a safe and dignified home. The state government is equally committed to realizing the goal of Housing for All. For this purpose, a new department by this name was established in the year 2020-21. This department is actively expanding housing facilities across the state, ensuring that the poor and middle-class families have access to pucca houses at affordable rates.
- The benefits of the double engine can be understood through the simultaneous implementation of the Mukhyamantri Shahri Awas Yojana and Mukhyamantri Gramin Awas Yojana 2.0 in Haryana, alongside the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Rural. Through these schemes, the Haryana Government is providing plots of 50 square yards in Mahagrams and 100 square yards in other villages, while and the construction cost on these is being assisted by the Central Government.
- The Housing Board will be merged with Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran in the financial year 2025-26.
- The state government aims to provide clean and affordable rental housing to urban migrants, unorganized sector workers, and economically weaker sections (EWS) through the Affordable Rental Housing Scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0. This initiative will offer short-term rental housing options for those who do not wish to purchase their own home. A pilot project will be launched to rent out approximately 1,600 flats in various sectors of Sonipat at concessional rates for 25 years, using a transparent system.
Finance Minister added “Speaker Sir, I propose to increase the Revised Estimates of Rs. 605.30 crore for the year 2024-25 by 303.8%, bringing it to Rs. 2444.27 crore for the year 2025-26.”
