MP Scooty Yojana List 2025 is now available to download in PDF format at vimarsh.mp.gov.in. Under this MP Free Scooty Scheme, meritorious students would get free of cost electric scooters from the Madhya Pradesh government. If your name appears in Vimarsh Portal Scooty Yojana MP 2025 List, then you will get electric scooty.

This free e-scooty distribution scheme has been launched as it is the responsibility of the state government to encourage students who are achieving success on the basis of their talent, hard work and dedication. On 5th Feb 2025, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav distributed e-scooties to the children of all districts who are toppers of the academic year 2023-24 and their name appears in the merit list.

MP Scooty Yojana in Madhya Pradesh Budget 2025-26

On 12th March 2025, Finance Minister Jagdish Devda presented Madhya Pradesh Budget 2025-26. While delivering the MP Budget Speech 2025-26, the hon’ble Finance Minister said “वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्रमिक सेवा प्रसूति सहायता, छात्राओं को साईकिलों का प्रदाय, मुख्यमंत्री स्कूटी योजना सहित नारी शक्ति संबंधी विभिन्न योजनाओं के लिए वर्ष 2025-26 में रुपये 26 हज़ार 797 करोड़ का प्रावधान प्रस्तावित है।”

MP Scooty Yojana List 2025 PDF Download

• Upon clicking the link, the Vimarsh Portal Scooty Yojana MP List checking page will open.



• Select the name of the district and then entire summary report of candidates will get displayed on your screen.
• For eg- we have selected district name as “Agar Malwa”. Accordingly, the entire MP Free Scooty Yojana List appears as shown below:-



• Here you can check beneficiary status and details such as student name, school type, role no, date of birth, gender, marks obtained, stream, father name, address etc.

Launch of MP Free Scooty Yojana

In the academic year 2022-23, around 7778 meritorious students got scooters under MP Scooty Yojana. Out of these, around 2,760 were electric scooty and 5018 were petrol scooty. For this purpose, MP government had spent Rs. 40.40 crore. This number has been increased for the academic year 2023-24 toppers.

Around 7900 meritorious students / toppers of higher secondary schools for the academic year 2023-24 got free e-scooty under MP Mukhyamantri Balak Balika Scooty Yojana. The electric scooty distribution programme was held on 5th Feb 2025 in Kushabhau Thakre Convention cetre in Bhopal.

While launching the MP Free Scooty scheme, CM said that MP government is continuously working towards the welfare of meritorious students. The students appearing in the merit list of higher secondary schools are being provided e scooters under Mukhyamantri Scooty Yojana and laptops under MP Laptop Yojana by the Madhya Pradesh state government.

Funds for Purchase of E Scooters (Optional)

Meritorious students would be given an option of getting funds in case they are not willing to purchase e scooters under MP Scooty Yojana. If a candidate opt for funds rather than electric scooty, then he/she would be given Rs. 95,000. Moreover if a candidate is willing to purchase e-scooty, then he/she will get Rs. 1,10,000.

Who are Eligible for MP Mukhyamantri Scooty Yojana

The free e-scooty scheme benefits would be given to those students who secure 1st position by obtaining highest marks in the government higher secondary schools run by the Madhya Pradesh School Education Department. In a nutshell, meritorious MP Board Students of class 12th will get free electric scooty under MP Scooty Yojana.
