Madhya Pradesh government has started Mukhyamantri Kalyani Vivah Sahayata Yojana 2025 Apply Online process at the MP Vivah Portal. Under this scheme, the state govt. will provide financial assistance on the marriages of widows. STEP 1: Firstly visit the MP Vivah Portal at https://vivahportal.mp.gov.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “योजनाएं (Schemes)” link or directly click https://vivahportal.mp.gov.in/Schemes.aspx
STEP 3: On the next page, select the scheme name as “मुख्यमंत्री कल्याणी विवाह सहायता योजना” under “सामाजिक सहायता” category to open MKVSY details page.
STEP 4: Accordingly click at “मुख्यमंत्री कल्याणी विवाह हेतु आवेदन ऑनलाईन करें – Click Here” link or simply click https://vivahportal.mp.gov.in/Public/Pages/Online_Registration_Kalyani.aspx
STEP 5: Subsequently, the MP Mukhyamantri Kalyani Vivah Sahayata Yojana online registration form 2025 will appear as shown below:-
STEP 6: Applicants can enter all the asked details accurately in the Kalyani Marriage Assistance Scheme application form, upload necessary documents and submit it online to complete the apply online process.
To apply offline, applicants can even download the Kalyani Vivah Sahayata application form, attach necessary documents and submit it to the concerned authorities for approval. To avail assistance under the CM Kalyani Vivah Sahayata scheme, the applicant will have to submit the application in the prescribed form to the District Collector / Joint Director / Deputy Director, Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Department. Once approved, applicant will start getting marriage assistance scheme benefits.
Eligibility Criteria for MP Mukhyamantri Kalyani Vivah Sahayata Yojana
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of the Madhya Pradesh state.
- This scheme is only meant for Kalyani i.e widow women residing in the state.
- Minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years.
- She must NOT be an income tax payee.
- She must NOT be serving as a government employee / officer under central govt/ state govt/ PSU / govt funded corporation / govt undertaking / govt institution.
- Kalyani must NOT be already getting benefits of family pension.
- The groom who is being married to the Kalyani must not already have any living wife.
- The bride (Kalyani) and groom who is being married to the Kalyani must have registered themselves in the Samagra ID.

- Aadhar Card of both Bride and Groom
- Residence / Domicile Certificate of both Bride and Groom
- Samagra ID of both Bride and Groom
- Age Proof of both Bride and Groom
- Copy of Bank Account Passbook of the Bride with account number and IFSC code clearly visible
- Self Declaration Form of not being an Income Tax Payee
- Death Certificate of the previous husband
- Self declaration form of not being a govt. employee/officer
- Self declaration form of not getting any family pension
- Copy of Marriage Certificate issued by the competent authority
- Self declaration by the groom that he is not already having any living wife

MP Mukhyamantri Kalyani Vivah Sahayata Yojana Amount
To encourage the marriages of widow women, the state govt. of MP state will provide Rs. 2 lakh financial assistance under Kalyani Vivah Sahayata Yojana. The assistance amount would be transferred directly into the bank accounts of the widow woman through direct benefit transfer (DBT).
