Tarang Sanchar Portal (tarangsanchar.gov.in) has been launched by central government to enable people to locate nearby BSNL towers. You can now check Cell Phone Towers location on map and check BSNL 3G / 4G / 5G Network Coverage in Your Area. Read this article till the end to know how to get BSNL towers location near you through Tarang Sanchar official website.
At the homepage, click at “My Location (for GPS enabled PC / Tablets / Mobile)” tab.
Give location permission and then you will have to verify yourself at Tarang Sanchar Portal.

Enter name, email ID, mobile number, captcha and click “Send me a Mail with OTP” button. Then an OTP would be sent on the registered email ID.
Next enter the OTP sent on registered email ID to verify yourself.
Once verified, you can view tower details with EMF safety status to check BSNL 3G / 4G / 5G Network Coverage in your area.

BSNL 4G / 5G Launch Date in India
BSNL plans to launch its 4G service across the entire nation by March 2025. Around 80,000 BSNL towers would be equipped with 4g networks till 15 October 2024 and 20,000 additional BSNL towers would be installed till March 2025. Apart from this, govt. officials said that BSNL 5G service can also be rolled out by the end of the year 2025.
