Under Khet Me Tarbandi Yojana 2025, the state govt. will provide grant for wire fencing to protect crops from damage caused by Nilgai and stray animals. Rajasthan Khet Ki Tarbandi Yojana Apply Online
- Farmers can apply online for Khet Ki Tarbandi Yojana at Raj Kisan Sathi Portal https://rajkisan.rajasthan.gov.in/ with the help of Janaadhaar number.

- Farmers or group of 10 or more farmers can even apply for Rajasthan Tarbandi Yojana through nearest e-mitra kendras located nearby their location.
- The applicant will be able to get the receipt of submission of online application form through online mode only.
Eligibility Criteria for Khet Me Tarbandi Yojana Rajasthan
- The benefit of this scheme will be given to all categories of farmers.
- In case of individual and farmer group, the applicant must have minimum 1.5 hectare land at one place.
- In Scheduled Tribe areas, it is necessary to have minimum 0.5 hectare land at one place because land holding is of small size in such areas.
- In the community application, it is necessary for a group of 10 or more farmers to have a minimum of 5 hectares of land and the boundaries of the group’s land should be within the prescribed periphery.
- This scheme is Not open for Trusts, Societies, or Religious Institutions.

Rajasthan Khet Ki Tarbandi Yojana Grant (Amount)
- For installing fencing up to 400 running meters, small and marginal farmers will be given a grant of 60% of the cost or a maximum amount of Rs. 48,000 whichever is less.
- However for installing fencing upto 400 running meters, general farmers will be given a grant of 50% of the cost or a maximum amount of Rs 40,000 whichever is less.
- In a community application where 10 or more farmers do fencing in a group on minimum 5 hectares perimeter, then 70% of the cost or a maximum amount of Rs. 56000/- whichever is less would be given on pro-rata basis by the Rajasthan government.
- The grant for each farmer would be given upto 400 running meters.

Other Important Points
- Farmers who have registration (seeding) on Janaadhaar in small and marginal farmers category would only be considered as small and marginal farmers for grant.
- If there is no facility for registration of small/marginal farmers in Janadhar, then in such a situation the farmers will have to attach the certificate of small/marginal issued from the competent authority at the time of application.
- After the application, administrative approval for the installation of fencing will be issued by the Agriculture Department. Information about this will be received through mobile SMS/agriculture supervisor.
- Before fencing and after completion of the work, the department officials will visit the land to verify fencing status. Once barbed wired fencing is geotagged, the grant amount will be deposited directly into the farmer’s account by the department.
