Kabir Antyeshti Anudan Yojana form 2025 is now available to download in PDF format at esuvidha.bihar.gov.in. Under this scheme, Bihar government will provide a one-time grant of Rs. 3,000 to the family/dependent of the deceased to cover funeral expenses.
The grant is provided for the death of any person of any age from a Below Poverty Line (BPL) family. This scheme is fully funded by the State Government. Kabir Antyeshti Anudan Yojana in Bihar Budget 2025-26
On 3rd March 2025, Finance Minister Samrat Choudhary presented Bihar Budget 2025-26. While delivering the Bihar Budget Speech 2025-26, FM said “कबीर अन्त्येष्टि अनुदान योजना अन्तर्गत वर्ष 2024-25 में 22,043 लाभुकों को राशि भुगतान किया गया।”

Download/print the KAAY application form, fill it manually and submit it to the concerned authorities [Mukhiya (for rural areas) and Ward Commissioner (for urban areas)] for approval. Once approved, applicant will start getting Kabir Antyeshti Anudan Yojana benefits.
Social Welfare Department, Bihar Government is implementing Kabir Antyeshti Anudan Yojana and has started apply process for the same. The process flow includes the following steps:-
Data is collected from panchayat, Nagar Nigam and is sent to Block Development Officer (BDO)
Then BDO sends beneficiary details to ADSS for entry.
Next ADSS enter beneficiary details, approve lock for payment, and send to HQ for payment.
Accordingly, the headquarter (HQ) generates payment file and send to bank for payment.
Finally, the bank transfers amount to the account of panchayat, nagar panchayat and nagar nigam.
