JSDM Jharkhand Portal Registration 2025 and Login process has been started by the Jharkhand government at jsdm.jharkhand.gov.in. This registration is mandatory for availing the benefits of Mukhya Mantri Sarathi Yojana. Under this MMSY scheme, the state govt. provides skill development training to candidates in NSQF-aligned job roles that are relevant to the industry.
The Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojana is implemented in accordance with the Common Cost Norms notification issued by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Jharkhand Skill Development Mission in Budget 2025-26
On 3rd March 2025, Finance Minister presented Jharkhand Budget 2025-26. While delivering the budget speech, FM said “अध्यक्ष महोदय, राज्य के 20 Skill Development Centre का निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण कर संचालन हेतु Jharkhand Skill Development Mission को हस्तगत कराया गया है। कौशल विकास मिशन के लिए वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में 585 करोड़ 99 लाख रुपये का बजटीय प्रावधान किया गया है।”

Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana Components
The primary goal of Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojana is to provide youth with work opportunities and prepare them for prospects for self-employment. This MMSY scheme has 4 components which are listed below:-

Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojana Eligibility
Mukhya Mantri Sarathi Yojana (MMSY) is the major kaushal vikas yojana being implemented by the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS).
This scheme is being implemented in the 24 districts of the Jharkhand state.
Candidates in the age group of 18 to 35 years are eligible. However for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) under BIRSA Yojana, maximum age limit is fixed at 50 years.
Under Mukhyamantri Sarthi Yojana, training is absolutely free of cost for the candidates.
Applicant, whether boy or girl, must be atleast 5th class pass.
As per their interest, beneficiaries can select desired trades with proper counselling.
This training is both Residential as well as NON Residential.
For nominations, eligible candidates will have to provide aadhar card, educational certificates, residential certificate and photographs.
Training centres have been established in governmental and non-governmental buildings.
For non-residential training, candidates would be given Rs. 1000 per month via DBT as travel allowance to reach-out to training centers.
After completion of training, if a candidate does not gets job in the next 3 months, then he/she will get unemployment allowance.
The amount of unemployment allowance would be Rs. 1000 per month for male candidates and Rs. 1500 per month for female candidates as well as for disabled candidates.
Is it worth noting that attendance of every trainer and trainee would be captured through Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System. For residential candidates, aadhar based attendance is captured for both classrooms and hostels.
