About Jharniyojan Jharkhand Gov In Portal
The objective of the Jharniyojan portal is to provide 75% employment of local candidates in private sector by employer in the state of Jharkhand. Any shop, establishment, mines, enterprise, industry, company, society, trust, limited liability partnership (LLP) firm, partnership firms and any person employing 10 or more persons in private sector will have to give 75% jobs to local youths. Every employer shall register such employee receiving gross monthly salary or wages not more than Rs. 40,000 and having more than 10 employee.
Without Residential Certificate you will not be treated as local candidate of Jharkhand and will not be considered for 75% reservation for the local candidate in private firms. If you are resident of Jharkhand, you are advised to upload Residential Certificate.
