Jharkhand Job Card online application form 2025 is now live, apply now for new job card at msy.jharkhand.gov.in. These jobs cards are being issued by the Jharkhand state government under Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana. The main objective of Mukhyamantri SHRAMIK is to enhance livelihood security in Jharkhand State by providing a guaranteed 100 days wage employment in a financial year.

Another mission is to create durable assets (such as roads, canals, ponds, wells, buildings, parks and planting). Employment is to be provided to them and minimum wages are to be paid. If work is not provided as per prescribed categories of this scheme, applicants are entitled to an unemployment allowance. Thus, employment under Mukhyamantri SHRAMIK is a legal entitlement.

Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana in Jharkhand Budget 2025-26

On 3rd March 2025, Finance Minister presented Jharkhand Budget 2025-26. While delivering the budget speech, FM said “माननीय महोदय, मुख्यमंत्री श्रमिक योजना अन्तर्गत 2024-25 में कुल 20,000 जॉब कार्ड बनाने के लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध अबतक 7 हजार 282 जॉब कार्ड निर्गत किए जा चुके हैं तथा 10 लाख मानव दिवस सृजित किए जाने के लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध 3 लाख 23 हजार 512 मानव दिवस सृजित किये जा चुके हैं। वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में कुल 20 हजार जॉब कार्ड बनाने तथा 10 लाख मानव दिवस सृजित किए जाने का लक्ष्य है।”

STEP 1: Firstly visit the Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana official website at https://msy.jharkhand.gov.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “Apply for Job Card” tab present in the main menu.

STEP 4: Upon clicking the link, the MSY Jharkhand Job Card Online Application Form 2025 will appear as shown below:-

STEP 5: Enter name of the family members to be registered in the job card (As on Aadhaar), date of birth, aadhaar number, mobile no, address and other details.
STEP 6: After filling in all the details accurately, one can apply online for job card under Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana.

• At the homepage, scroll over “Applications” tab and click at “Demand Employment” link.

• Upon clicking the link, the page to demand employment through MSY Jharkhand portal will appear as shown below:-



• Enter job card number, aadhar no, demand days, captcha and click “Submit” button to demand employment through MSY Jharkhand Gov In portal.
• Note that Minimum work demand days will be 7 days. Moreover, one job card can avail only 100 days of employment.

Benefits of Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana in Jharkhand

• Jharkhand government provide 100 days of employment guarantee to unskilled labourers residing in urban areas.
• Under Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana, if any labourer is not able to get employment then will be provided unemployment allowance by the state goverment.
• Job card will be provided to migrant laborers under the Jharkhand Chief Minster Sharmik Rojgar Yojana.
