Esalary HP Govt Employees Login process has been started, you can now view salary slip as well as salary due and drawn statement. The centralised eSalary System of Himachal Pradesh Government Employees is used to process monthly salary of all employees of the HP Government in 52 IPAOs (selected treasuries). eSalary software is used to disburse the salary directly through banks (ECS) into the accounts of individual employees.

STEP 1: Firstly visit the Himkosh HP eSalary portal for government employees – https://himkosh.hp.nic.in/treasuryportal/ekosh/esalaryduedrawnstatementifms.asp STEP 2: At the homepage, enter employee code, employee name, select treasury and click “Login” tab to make Esalary HP Govt Employees Login. esalary HP Govt Employees Login STEP 3: Accordingly, the page to view esalary services for HP government employees at IFMS eKosh portal will open. HP esalary Services Government Employees STEP 4: At the opened page, select month and year in the format “MMYYYY” in front of “View Salary Slip” and click at “Show” button. STEP 5: Subsequently, the esalary HP Govt Employees Salary Slip will open as shown below:- esalary HP Govt Employees Salary Slip View STEP 6: Here you can check allowances like basic pay, dearness allowance, capital allowance, compensatory allowance, non practicing allowance and grosspay. You can also view Deduction like GPF subscription, insurance fund, saving fund, income tax, surcharge and total deduction. With both grosspay and total deduction, your NETPAY would be calculated.

eSalary & eBills in Himachal Pradesh
The eSalary SW is used to process monthly salary of all employees of the HP Government (1.96 Lakh) in 52 IPAOs (selected treasuries) and disburse the salary directly through banks (ECS) into the accounts of individual employees. The employees can access their salary details online for information and income tax purposes. The 4450 plus DDOs have web-based access to the SW for making monthly changes into their employees’ salaries. All salary bill data is electronically ported into the HPOLTIS. Data is generated for the eNPS SW for transferring to NSDL. The AG Deductions part is made available to HP AG office in electronic format.
From March, 2016 eSalary and eBills would be prepared electronically by all DDOs. The DDOs can access Application using existing login and password issued by respective IPAOs.
The new Him Kosh E-Bills portal has all eSalary and eBill data of the present time. New eSalary Portal URL – https://himkosh.nic.in/eSalary/.
You can also access Old HP eSalary Portal URL – https://himkosh.hp.nic.in/esalary/ which contains eSalary data of Capital Treasury upto 31-March-2013.
