Online Government Receipts Accounting System (e-GRAS) is an e-Governance Initiative of Government of Rajasthan under Mission Mode Project category and is part of Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS). e-GRAS facilitates collection of tax/non tax revenue in both the mode online as well as manual. Limited access account with User Name “guest” and Password “guest” For Non-Registered User is present.

e Gras Rajasthan Portal Registration 2025 and Login
A) If you are using eGRAS, first time then:
- Open the site https://egras.rajasthan.gov.in/
- Select “New User Sign Up” option from the right bottom side of window.
- Fill the form to create user ID and Password for eGRAS.
- Then make e Gras Rajasthan Login by providing user ID and Password
- Click on the “Create Profile” link to generate payment profile.
- Select Department, Major Head and detailed head.
- Click on the >> button to add the selected head/heads on the right side box.
- Enter Profile Name
- Click on the “Submit” button
- Click on ‘Home’ Menu.
- Select profile from the list.
- Click on the “Continue” button.
- Fill the challan with adequate information.
- Click on the submit button.
B) For Next time
- Login on eGRAS.
- Select your profile from the list.
- Follow the process given in the above (A) Option (12 to 14)

eGRAS facilitates payments through Cards and Netbanking with 35+ Banks. It includes major banks like State Bank of India (SBI), Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda (BoB), IDBI Bank, Punjab National Bank (PNB), Central Bank of India, Union Bank, Bank Of India, ICICI bank, among others.
There are two types of users namely- 1. Non Registered users 2. Registered users. A registered user have his own profile and have the facility to access/view his previous transactions, but non registered user can’t use this type of facilities.
