- First of all, visit the AP Tidco Housing Scheme official website https://aptidco.ap.gov.in/
- At the homepage, scroll over “Beneficiaries” tab present in the main menu and click at “AHP Beneficiary Details” link.
- Direct Link – https://aptidco.ap.gov.in/BeneficiarySearch
- Accordingly, the page to check AP TIDCO houses status by entering aadhar number or by entering layout wise details will open.
- Here enter the aadhar number or enter layout wise details (district, ULB, layout) and click “Get Details” button.
- For eg- we have selected district as ‘Srikakulam’, ULB as ‘Palasa’ and Layout as ‘Boddapadu’ and clicked at ‘Get Details’ tab.

The Andhra Pradesh government is prioritising the completion of TIDCO housing units across the state, aiming to deliver 365 and 430 sq. ft. houses to beneficiaries by this Deepavali festival. The long-delayed construction works of tidco houses in AP had resumed by the construction giant L&T company.
TIDCO houses have been categorised into 300 sq. ft., 365 sq. ft., and 430 sq. ft. units. The previous YSRCP government had left the TIDCO housing scheme stalled. “Despite bank loans being raised, many beneficiary accounts had turned into Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). Upon taking office, our alliance government paid Rs. 140 crore to the bankers and got the scheme back on track,” a minister in AP govt said.
APTIDCO full form
The full form of APTIDCO is Andhra Pradesh Township and Infrastructure Development Corporation. It is the state-level nodal agency for the central govt’s affordable housing scheme known as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The agency is entrusted with the responsibility of planning, developing, financing and implementing affordable housing across the state under the municipal administration and Urban Development Department.

The below-300-sq ft flats will be allotted for Rs. 1. The houses with 365 sq ft area will cost Rs 4 lakhs and those with 430 sq ft area will cost Rs 4.65 lakhs. The beneficiaries will have to pay Rs. 50,000 for a house of 365 sq ft area and Rs. 1 lakh for a house of 430 sq ft area. Bankers will be asked to provide long-term loans for the remaining amount.
