How to Fill AP Marriage Certificate Application Form 2025
STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, AP govt. at https://cdma.ap.gov.in/en STEP 2: At the homepage, scroll over ‘Online Services’ tab, then scroll over ‘Marriage Registrations’ and click at “File Your New Registration” link. STEP 3: Direct Link – https://cdma.ap.gov.in/en/marriageregistration STEP 4: Upon clicking the link, the page to make new marriage registration in AP state (district wise) will appear as shown below:- New Marriage Registration CDMA AP Portal STEP 5: Select the name of the district, Corporation/Muncipality/NP and click “Submit” button. For eg- we have selected district name as ‘Anantapur’, Corporation/Muncipality/NP as ‘Guntakal’ and clicked submit button. Firstly visit the official website of Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, AP govt. at https://cdma.ap.gov.in/en
At the homepage, scroll over ‘Online Services’ tab, then scroll over ‘Marriage Registrations’ and click at “Reissue Marriage Registration” link.
Upon clicking the link, the page to re-issue marriage registration in AP state (district wise) will appear as shown below:-

Select the name of the district, Corporation/Muncipality/NP and click “Submit” button to open AP marriage registration reissue form.
