ADIP Scheme apply online process begins at adip.depwd.gov.in, interested candidates can fill ADIP Scheme registration / application form 2024 at Arjun Portal. The objective of the ADIP scheme of central government is to provide durable, modern and scientifically manufactured aids and assistive devices to persons with disabilities (PwD)s. The aids and assistive devices given under ADIP scheme shall promote physical, social and psychological rehabilitation of PwDs. It would thereby reduce the effects of disabilities and enhance their educational and economic potential. In this article, we will tell you how to fill ADIP Scheme online application form through the official website.
Then ADIP Scheme Login page will open which will appear as shown below:-

If you don’t have an account, then click on “Signup/Registration” tab.
Accordingly, the ADIP Scheme Beneficiary registration form 2024 will open.

If you have UDID Number or Enrollment Number proceed with the registration or In case not registered with UDID, click on “Not have UDID/Enrollment?” to enroll yourself for UDID number.
Beneficiaries having UDID no. or enrollment number should enter the mobile number as you would like to register in the Arjun Portal. Then click on “Send OTP” button.
Accordingly, beneficiary will get the OTP (Verification code) on the number as entered for the registration.
Enter the four digit OTP to proceed with the registration. In case OTP not received in 30 sec click on “Request Again”. Click on “Verify” button to open ADIP registration page 2.
In ADIP Scheme Beneficiary Registration Part 2, Select UDID if you have UDID no or select enrollment if you have enrollment number.

Enter UDID no or enrollment number. Then enter your date of birth as in UDID or enrollment and click on “Next” button to complete part 2 registration for ADIP scheme and proceed to part 3.
Next applicants can enter the details on ADIP scheme registration page 3 to complete the ADIP Scheme Registration Process.
After completing ADIP registration, applicants can make login at Arjun Portal to apply online for the ADIP scheme.
Note: If your UDID no. and registered mobile number do not match with the data present with the authorities then you will not be able to register in the application.
ADIP is a Scheme of Assistance to Persons with Disabilities for Purchase/Fitting of Aids /Appliances. The ADIP Scheme is in operation since 1981 with the main objective to assist the needy persons with disabilities in procuring durable, sophisticated and scientifically manufactured, modern, standard aids and appliances. These aids and appliances would promote physical, social and psychological rehabilitation of needy persons by reducing the effects of disabilities and enhance their economic potential.
Assistive devices are given to PwDs with an aim to improve their independent functioning and to arrest the extent of disability and occurrence of secondary disability. The aids and appliances supplied under the Scheme must have due certification. The scheme also envisages conduct of corrective surgeries, wherever required, before providing an assistive device. Under the ADIP Scheme, grants-in-aid are released to various implementing agencies (Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO)/National Institutes/Composite Regional Centres/District Disability Rehabilitation Centres/ State Corporations in the field of Disability / NGOs, etc.) for purchase and distribution of aids and assistive devices.
The Scheme was last revised w.e.f. 1.4.2024 and further modified and approved for continuation during the remaining period of the 15th Finance Commission i.e., up to 31.3.2026.
