STEP 1: First of all, visit the Jharkhand Online Sand Booking official website https://jsmdc-sand.jharkhand.gov.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage of JSMDC Online Sand Booking & Payment System, existing users who are already registered can enter mobile number, password, captcha and click at “Login” button.
STEP 3: However new users who don’t have an account will have to make registration first by clicking at “Don’t have an account?Register Now” button.

STEP 5: Upon clicking the link, New Buyer Registration Form will appear as shown below:-
STEP 6: Select type of buyer (individual tax payer, individual non-tax payer, bulk/institutional, dealer, dealer [JSMDC]) and then enter buyer details including name, address, state, district, mobile no, pin code, ID proof, PAN card, GST no, tax related info. Afterwards enter sand delivery address, upload documents and click “Register” button.
STEP 7: After registration process is complete, sand buyers can login using mobile no, password, captcha. Only after logging in, one can do online sand booking, make payment and get sand delivery within Jharkhand state.
JSMDC Sand Consumer App Download

The consumer will register with required details (Name, address, Address proof etc.) and get authenticated through OTP process with JSMDC system. After successful registration, the Consumer/Dealer can start booking the sand quantity based on applicable approved limits.
The booking quantity will be validated against the sand stock availability and approved quantity as per JSMDC rules. He/She also shall pay the amount through online against the ordered quantity. Based on successful completion of payment, the booking will be accepted, and Booking ID will be generated and updated in the system for delivery.

- Applicant will have to use their personal mobile number for Jharkhand Sand Booking online.
- Self attested copy of Aadhar and PAN card (optional) is to be uploaded.
- Complete delivery address of the site where sand would be used.
