IFMS Rajasthan Portal Login 3.0: Rajasthan government has launched IFMS 3.0 portal at ifms.rajasthan.gov.in to empower citizens to help themselves with quick access to common services. Rajasthan IFMS 3.0 initiative encompasses various functions such as Budget-estimation, planning, preparation, distribution, monitoring, sanctions, additional allocations, supplementary grants, excess savings, re-appropriation, e-bills, e-payments, e-account, e-receipts, e-reconciliation. These functions are performed with support of other institutions such as RBI, other banks, AG, etc.

IFMS Rajasthan Portal Login 3.0
To Access the Employee or Pension application under Disbursement Engine, follow below steps:-
- Open web browser and enter https://ifms.rajasthan.gov.in/#/home in the URL.
- On IFMS homepage, click at “IFMS 3.0” button for IFMS Rajasthan Portal Login. It will redirect to Single Sign On(SSO) Page.
- Employee will enter the SSO Login credentials (SSOID and Password) followed by captcha to login. Employee to ensure that his/her SIPF Employee ID is updated in his/her SSO Profile to enter in IFMS 3.0 for execution of work/self-service of employee.
- After SSO login, welcome page will appear only for three seconds at IFMS 3. It automatically redirects user to choose either Workspace Tile for office related work or Self-Service Tile to manage self service-related matters.
- When User selects the Workspace tile, it will show the actual status of authority (DDO/HO/TO/BCO etc.). If User has additional charge or multiple roles, user will be prompted to choose Desk (Office1, Office2 etc.) and accordingly on the same page the user needs to choose the Role (Pension Sanction authority/ DDO/HO/TO/HOD/ BCO etc.).
- Then after selecting the role, user reaches to the dashboard page. Here to access the employee or pension application, user should choose employee or pension management link under Disbursement Engine tile respectively.
- Now on choosing Employee or Pension Management user can access the sub menus and can handle the tasks.
- Pension Sanction authority/ DDO/HO/TO/HOD needs to map his employees in the role of maker/ checker at the system. It will be mandatory for using all processes.
- When User – Employee / Pensioner selects the Self-Service tile, system will facilitate – My information and Raise Request platform. Employee can raise requests for updating in his/her data to respective HO/DDO. Under My Information- Pension Kit/ employee master data profiles, Pension payments will be made available.

Rajasthan IFMS 3.0 Components
The state govt. of Rajasthan is continuously striving towards implementing outcome-based e-Governance initiatives for improved financial management, streamlined processes for various stakeholders, effective dissemination of information and timely delivery of public information and services. To fulfil this objective, Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan has been entrusted with the task to implement Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS 3.0). Accordingly, Rajasthan IFMS 3.0 has been designed under five major core components namely:-
- Budget Management: Budget Management provides a structured process within IFMS for preparing, managing, and utilizing budgets, operationalizing development strategies, and outlining methods to achieve plan objectives.
- Disbursement Engine: The module that handles the disbursement of money for various bills, bills preparation and processing
- Revenue Management: The RMS module streamlines the collection of both tax and non-tax revenue, available through online and offline/manual methods, replacing the previous eGRAS system. Additionally, all revenue receipts handled by designated or agency banks are efficiently processed by the treasuries within this sub-module.
- Accounting platform: This module facilitates comprehensive reporting, efficient system administration, seamless generation of reconciliation memos (transfer entries), and other essential accounting functions. It ensures accuracy, transparency, and accountability in managing the state’s financial operations.
- Integrations with external/ internal systems: IFMS Rajasthan 3.0 is integrated with e-Kuber (RBI), PFMS, AG, Agency Banks/Banks, Departmental Systems for receipts and payments, Janadhaar, Aadhar, e-Sign, e-Sanchar, Eco-Systems of DOIT&C, Integrated Tax Management System, NPCI, Integrated Cash & Debt Management System, Commitment Control System, Inventory Management System, etc.
